Business Development Executive

About the role

Zendale Limited is seeking a part‑time, on‑site Business Development Executive to expand its portfolio of healthcare services across hospitals, diagnostic centres and corporate health programmes in Lagos State, Nigeria. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with providers and corporate clients, and supporting strategic partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads for Zendale’s healthcare offerings.
• Conduct market research and prepare tailored proposals.
• Nurture relationships with healthcare providers, corporate clients and institutional partners.
• Manage key accounts, track performance against growth targets and report results.
• Coordinate with internal clinical and operational teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Support partnership development, attend industry meetings and events, and produce reports and presentations for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Proven ability in new business development, lead generation and account management.
• Strong communication skills for presenting proposals and engaging stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, consulting or professional services business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lagos with strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
