Business Development Associate – Remote

About the role

The Business Development Associate supports revenue growth and expands the client base through market research, lead generation, and compelling client presentations. This full‑time remote position collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and service delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, networking, and digital channels.
• Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and proposals for prospects and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service delivery teams to refine messaging, track pipeline activities, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and contribute ideas to improve business development processes and strategies.

Required profile

• Strong presentation skills with experience creating and delivering professional presentations.
• Proven lead generation capabilities and ability to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
