Business Developer

About the role

The Business Developer is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that support Enconverge Green Ltd.’s environmental and sustainability mission. This flexible role is mainly remote, except on occasion when in‑person event attendance may be required.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the environmental sector.
• Generate and qualify leads, building relationships with partners and clients.
• Present tailored solutions that align with environmental and sustainability goals.
• Develop proposals and track business performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services and solutions.
• Represent the organization at events, meetings, and online engagements.
• Maintain strong customer service standards throughout the sales cycle.
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and partnership development.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and support data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Lead generation and market‑research expertise to identify prospects and industry trends.
• Customer‑service capabilities to manage relationships and ensure positive partner experiences.
• Experience or strong interest in environmental sustainability, circular economy, or climate‑related initiatives.
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with CRM tools, productivity software, and social‑media/digital platforms used for business development.
