Strategy and Operations Manager

About the role

Vetsark Limited is looking for a highly analytical and execution‑driven Strategy and Operations Manager to turn the company’s vision into concrete priorities and measurable results. Working closely with the CEO and functional teams, you will coordinate strategic initiatives, monitor performance and build robust internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly execution plans with clear milestones, responsibilities and performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards and track key business indicators across teams and customers.
• Design and update standard operating procedures, templates, workflows, checklists and operational playbooks.
• Prepare investor decks, donor presentations, grant applications, business plans and partnership proposals.
• Lead special projects, conduct market, competitor and industry research, and produce business intelligence reports.
• Organise meeting agendas, briefing notes, presentations and support communication between the CEO, leadership team and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Agriculture, Engineering, Project Management, Development Studies or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, project management or corporate planning, preferably in agribusiness, fintech or development finance.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects across multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, research, writing and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently on‑site in Ajah, Lagos and deliver results on time.
