Brand & Marketing Manager

About the role

Travu is looking for its first Brand & Marketing Manager to shape the voice and visual identity of the brand and run acquisition, brand and retention campaigns. This is a hands‑on, generalist role in a fast‑moving, remote‑first startup.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain brand identity across the app, website and all touch‑points.
• Plan, execute and report on acquisition, brand and retention campaigns, setting goals and budgets.
• Create everyday content yourself – social graphics, short video clips from real trips and accompanying copy.
• Manage contractors for specialised work such as brand identity projects, launch films, motion graphics or high‑volume ad creative.
• Run the social media presence day‑to‑day, from content calendar to posting and community interaction.
• Analyse performance data each month and adjust strategies based on results.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in marketing, brand or social media, with at least one end‑to‑end campaign.
• Demonstrated ability to produce copy and visual assets that attract attention.
• Comfortable interpreting campaign metrics and iterating based on data.
• Strong multitasking skills, able to juggle several campaigns without dropping any.

Required skills

• Canva or Figma for creating social graphics.
• Basic short‑form video editing.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics.
