Brand Marketing & Communication Manager (FMCG)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing and Communication Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies for our FMCG product portfolio. The role focuses on building brand visibility, driving consumer engagement, and supporting market expansion across Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies for FMCG products.
• Build strong brand visibility, positioning, and consumer engagement.
• Create marketing campaigns and communication plans across relevant channels.
• Identify and nurture relationships with multinational retailers, distributors, and supply‑chain partners such as SPAR.
• Support product launches, market expansion, and commercial growth initiatives.
• Represent and pitch the brand to key stakeholders and business partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, consumer insights, and brand performance.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in FMCG brand marketing or communications.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and an established network within it.
• Global or multinational exposure is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to sell and represent a brand effectively.
• Existing relationships with major retail or supply‑chain networks such as SPAR are a strong advantage.

Required skills
