Brand Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and results‑driven Brand Marketer to promote our brand, increase product awareness, generate leads and drive sales in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s products and services to prospective customers through direct marketing, promotional campaigns and customer engagement.
• Identify potential customers, generate leads and convert prospects into sales while achieving assigned sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers and provide accurate product information.
• Monitor competitors, prepare regular reports on sales performance and represent the company at marketing events and activations.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year’s experience in brand or sales marketing.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work at designated promotional locations in Lagos.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for preparing simple sales reports.
