Brand Manager – Mobility Portfolio

About the role

The Simba Group is seeking a Brand Manager to develop brand positioning and drive consumer demand for its personal mobility portfolio across Nigeria. You will translate strategic plans into compelling campaigns and dealer experiences that move prospects from enquiry to sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly brand plans, set audience priorities, messaging, campaign activities and budgets.
• Research consumer needs and competitors to sharpen positioning and translate product features into benefits.
• Plan and execute consumer campaigns, product demonstrations, dealer events and partnerships.
• Brief internal creative teams and agencies, ensuring brand consistency and product accuracy.
• Coordinate with regional marketing, sales and dealers to manage customer journeys and handover processes.
• Track campaign spend and results, audit touchpoints and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of brand or consumer marketing experience with budget responsibility.
• Experience in automotive, mobility, FMCG or similar purchase‑decision categories is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills; willingness to travel across Nigeria.
