Brand Manager

About the role

Evans Industries Limited is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to shape and execute brand strategies that drive growth and differentiate the company in the manufacturing sector. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the brand’s voice, visual identity, and market positioning are consistent and compelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and target audiences.
• Define and refine brand positioning to stand out from competitors.
• Conduct market research to capture consumer preferences, trends, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with business development managers to align new products with brand messaging.
• Create and oversee integrated marketing communication plans across advertising, digital, PR, and social media.
• Manage the brand’s visual identity, including logos, packaging, and brand guidelines.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to boost awareness, acquisition, and engagement.
• Work with sales, product development, and creative services to ensure consistent brand execution.
• Monitor performance metrics, market trends, and competitive actions to assess brand effectiveness.
• Conduct regular brand health assessments and consumer sentiment analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities to turn insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder advocacy.
• Creative problem‑solving with a track record of innovative campaigns.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis and project‑management tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
