Brand Communications & Influencer Relations Lead

About the role

The Brand Communications & Influencer Relations Lead will shape and deliver RLG Cosmetics’ brand narrative across all touch‑points. Reporting to senior marketing, you will ensure a consistent tone, visual identity and storytelling that highlights the company’s clean, skincare‑infused cosmetics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand communication strategy for digital and offline channels.
• Create brand stories and messaging for product launches, campaigns, promotions and corporate announcements.
• Monitor customer sentiment, manage reputation and respond to brand‑related issues.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Creative, Sales and E‑commerce teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Plan and manage influencer and celebrity partnerships, negotiating contracts and measuring performance.
• Oversee social media strategy, content planning and media engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in brand communications, influencer marketing, public relations or beauty marketing.
• Experience with beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG brands is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, storytelling and stakeholder management abilities.
