About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Brand and Marketing Officer to join Minka Estates, a leading real‑estate developer. In this full‑time position you will shape our brand presence across digital channels and support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain monthly social‑media content calendars.
- Create engaging graphics, videos, reels, stories, captions and blog articles.
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions and promotional events.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s brand identity.
- Build and maintain a positive public image across all communication channels.
- Increase followers, engagement, reach and overall brand awareness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar brand or marketing role.
