About the role

Viju Industries Nigeria Limited is seeking a dedicated Blow‑Fill‑Seal Machine Operator to join its production team in Ikeja, Lagos. The role involves operating fully automatic blow‑fill‑seal equipment to produce a range of beverages and dairy products, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate fully automatic blow‑fill‑seal machines (e.g., Krones, Sidel) according to production schedules.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimise downtime.
• Monitor electrical systems and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience operating and maintaining blow‑fill‑seal equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems related to the machinery.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Blow‑fill‑seal equipment operation (Krones, Sidel).
• Electrical systems troubleshooting.
• Machine maintenance.
