About the role
The Banking Sales Agent will promote and sell the company’s digital financial products to new and existing customers across Lagos and Abuja. The role focuses on lead generation, customer education, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain schedules, track leads, submit sales reports, and keep product knowledge up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- B.Sc or HND in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing or customer acquisition within a finance or credit organization.
- Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
