Banking Sales Agent – Direct Sales Role

About the role

The Banking Sales Agent will work full‑time in Lagos, focusing on acquiring new customers for the company’s digital financial products. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a Direct Sale Agent or Executive in a bank or finance house and can demonstrate strong product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing channels.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of product features and benefits to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer product‑related queries.
• Manage schedules, track leads and sales, and submit regular reports.
• Listen to customer feedback to drive repeat sales and improve offerings.
• Stay up‑to‑date on all product information.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition within a finance or credit organization.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Energetic, proactive, and results‑driven attitude.
