Bakery Manager – Operations & Production Lead

About the role

The Bakery Manager will lead all aspects of bakery production and operations at En'point Bakery Limited, ensuring consistent product quality, efficient workflow and strong customer satisfaction. This senior‑level role combines operational oversight, team leadership and financial control to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery operations, develop production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain product quality, consistency and presentation standards while enforcing SOPs.
• Plan and coordinate production activities, optimise capacity utilisation and minimise waste.
• Supervise bakers, mixers, packers, drivers, cleaners and sales staff; manage rosters, training and performance evaluations.
• Monitor raw‑material and finished‑goods inventory, approve procurement requests and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
• Control operational costs, implement cost‑saving measures and collaborate on budgeting.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, supermarkets, hotels and restaurants; drive sales and customer retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) experience in bakery or food‑production management.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, enforce safety and quality standards and manage complex schedules.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in cost control and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of building customer relationships.
