B2B Sales Executive

About the role

Harcadiax Systems Ltd is hiring a full-time B2B Sales Executive based in Lagos, Marina. The role covers prospecting corporate clients, closing deals and managing the sales pipeline, with a focus on flexible packaging and printed packaging products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting: identify corporate clients, wholesalers and institutional buyers through cold calling, field visits, networking and digital channels.
• Consultative presentations and demos: meet decision-makers, pitch product features, show ROI and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing schedules, credit terms and service-level agreements to close deals.
• Track leads, forecast revenue and log client interactions in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with delivery, marketing and customer support teams to ensure fulfillment, retention and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor competitor pricing, industry trends and client feedback to refine local sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related discipline preferred.
• 4-5 years of B2B sales experience in the printing and packaging industry.
• Experience selling flexible packaging, printed laminates, films, LDPE bags or similar packaging products strongly preferred.
• Demonstrable track record of acquiring corporate customers and hitting sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and customer portfolio independently.
• Good commercial awareness of quotations, pricing and sales margins.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
