B2B Community Manager

About the role

The B2B Community Manager will lead Cardtonic’s business‑to‑business communities across WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn and other channels. You will keep partners and business users engaged beyond onboarding by delivering regular updates, useful content and timely support. This role sits at the intersection of community management, marketing and partnership development within a fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow Cardtonic’s B2B communities on WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn and similar platforms.
• Engage business users and partners with regular updates, check‑ins and valuable content to maintain long‑term relationships.
• Serve as the first point of contact for partner inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for swift resolution.
• Plan and execute community activities that strengthen partner retention.
• Collect feedback from users and share insights with product, marketing and partnerships teams.
• Monitor community health, track engagement metrics and report on performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in B2B community management, B2B marketing or partnerships.
• Fintech experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and interpersonal abilities with empathy and professionalism.
• Must be a Nigerian national.
