Assistant Product Manager – Adobe

About the role

The Assistant Product Manager – Adobe will support the growth of Adobe solutions across Sub‑Saharan Africa. Reporting to the Product Manager and Regional Business Head, you will work closely with vendors, channel partners and internal teams to drive market expansion and revenue performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day Adobe vendor relationships, handling reporting and communications.
• Assist in creating and executing annual and quarterly business plans to meet revenue and margin targets.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, enablement and development of Adobe channel partners in assigned markets.
• Collaborate with partners and sales teams to build and monitor a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare forecasts, business reviews, dashboards and management reports.
• Coordinate promotions, incentives, rebates, certifications and partner programs with Adobe.
• Deliver partner enablement activities such as product and sales training.
• Work with Sales, Presales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Customer Success to ensure smooth execution.
• Track partner performance, identify activation opportunities and drive revenue contribution.
• Support business development initiatives, pricing, deal registration and commercial proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer demand to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in product management, vendor management, business development, channel management or enterprise software/cloud sales.
• Proven track record working with IT distributors or vendors in a channel‑focused environment.
