Asset Database Coordinator

About the role

The Asset Database Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of asset data within American Tower's Office Track and SAV platforms. The role supports data governance, user training, and continuous improvement of data processes.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate techniques for quality data collection and validate asset information (data and photos) submitted via Office Track.
• Consolidate validated data, conduct quarterly audits of app users, and generate weekly/monthly asset reports.
• Develop training materials and user guides for ATC employees and vendors, and provide ongoing user support.
• Collaborate with regional IT to ensure technology provision, address anomalies, and maintain issue logs.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies, propose improvements, and ensure adherence to data governance and IT security standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data management or related functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, economics, finance, or accounting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Proficiency with Power BI, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, Office Track, and SAV platforms.
• Ability to conduct data validation, analysis, and reporting.
