Architect

About the role

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and experienced architect to design distinctive buildings and well‑organized structures. You will lead projects from the initial client briefing through to construction completion, ensuring the design meets client requirements and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design unique buildings, extensions, alterations, and restoration projects.
• Manage projects from briefing to final construction stages.
• Develop and present design proposals to clients.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, budgets, and construction documents.
• Oversee BIM processes and ensure accurate building information modeling.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate project teams.

Required profile

• Keen interest in the built environment with in‑depth BIM experience.
• Strong design and drawing abilities demonstrating architectural flair.
• Analytical accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Teamwork, leadership, and a solid understanding of construction processes.
• Commercial awareness, project management capability, and IT proficiency.
• Degree in architecture (HND, B.Sc., B.Tech., M.Sc., M.Tech.) and a strong portfolio.
• Registration with ARCON/NIA is an advantage.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, regulations, and quality standards.
• Proven professional experience as an architect.
