App Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for an energetic App Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition and expand our network of beauty professionals. You will promote our mobile platform across social channels, attract new customers, and onboard service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp and LinkedIn to increase app downloads.
• Track daily, weekly and monthly download performance and generate performance reports.
• Identify and attract customers seeking beauty and grooming services, converting prospects into active users.
• Recruit, onboard and maintain a verified network of barbers, hairstylists, makeup artists and other beauty professionals.
• Create engaging social media content, manage daily posting, and respond to comments and messages.
• Build relationships with salons, beauty schools, campuses, hotels and event vendors through field outreach.
• Collaborate with micro‑influencers and run referral campaigns to boost brand awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in growth marketing, digital marketing or social media management.
• Experience growing mobile apps or digital platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp and LinkedIn marketing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create compelling content.
