AI Expert

About the role

The AI Expert will drive the adoption of artificial intelligence across the company, turning data and processes into strategic assets. Working from our Abuja office, you will collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to embed AI solutions that boost efficiency and enhance the brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business areas where AI can improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Design, build, and manage AI workflows for lead generation, customer service, reporting, and operations.
• Integrate AI tools with CRM, website, WhatsApp, email and other platforms.
• Use AI to generate, edit and repurpose content for social media, websites, ads and email campaigns.
• Create scripts, captions, property descriptions and marketing copy using AI.
• Produce AI‑generated videos, images and graphics for marketing purposes.
• Analyze company data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Research, test and implement new AI tools and technologies.
• Train staff on AI tools and ensure outputs maintain brand voice and quality.
• Monitor performance of AI systems and optimize results.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Marketing or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with AI tools and automation.
• Resident of Abuja.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and creative abilities.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
