Aftersales Team Lead (Full Time)

About the role

The Aftersales Team Lead is responsible for accurately processing customer returns, evaluating claims and product details, and managing the flow of items to inventory, vendors, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving and reconciliation of packages from the Network team.
• Conduct quality checks on each item to verify customer claims.
• Ensure timely processing of all packages.
• Prevent losses through continuous monitoring and tracking of processed items.
• Manage the queue of items in transit and received at aftersales.
• Drive performance management, including appraisals and training on system improvements.
• Suggest system improvements to increase overall efficiency.
• Escalate issues to senior management and provide end‑of‑day handover information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Email, Internet).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
• Proven experience in FMCG, warehouse management, or order management.
• Experience with quality assessment and control management.
• Experience managing an aftersales process in FMCG or e‑commerce (advantageous).
• Performance‑driven, able to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to motivate staff.
• Willingness to work overtime as mutually agreed.
• Must have NYSC certificate or a valid exemption letter and be based in Abuja.
