About the role
Lextorah Limited is hiring an Administrative Officer in Lagos (Marina). The role covers general administration, office support and coordination of schedules and correspondence.
Key responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls, respond to queries and reply to emails
- Prepare expense reports and office budgets
- Manage office supplies and order new ones as needed
- Filing important company documents and forwarding letters and packages to staff
- Scheduling classes and meetings and booking training rooms
- Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment
- Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Only applicants living in Yaba and its environs will be considered
Required skills
- General administration and administrative assistance skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Effective organization, prioritization and multitasking
- Attention to detail and problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
