About the role
The Administrative Executive will support the daily operations of the National Electronic Labour Exchange office in Abuja. Acting as the primary liaison between senior executives and both internal and external stakeholders, the role ensures smooth communication and efficient workflow. The incumbent will manage invoicing, inventory, documentation, and reporting while maintaining a professional front‑office environment. This full‑time position offers an opportunity to develop administrative expertise within a dynamic public‑sector organization.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Generate invoices and monitor inventory of office supplies.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs as required.
- Handle incoming calls, take messages and route correspondence.
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline).
- Minimum of 2 years relevant administrative experience.
