Administrative Assistant

About the role

Macsfix Ltd is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant in Marina, Lagos. The role keeps the office running smoothly by handling documentation, scheduling, data entry and general support for management and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the office organized and make sure daily administrative activities run smoothly.
• Prepare, organize, file and maintain company documents and records.
• Handle phone calls, emails and other communications professionally.
• Arrange meetings, appointments and schedules for management and other staff.
• Enter, update and maintain accurate information in company databases and spreadsheets.
• Assist in preparing reports, letters, memos and other official documents.
• Welcome visitors, answer inquiries and direct clients to the right departments.
• Monitor office supplies and provide administrative support to management and employees.
• Handle sensitive information responsibly and keep it confidential.

Required profile

• Minimum of an OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous administrative experience is an advantage but may not be compulsory for entry-level positions.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other office applications.
• Strong organization, time management and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and computer literacy.
