Admin Manager

About the role

The Admin Manager will oversee daily administrative functions of the farm, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, efficient procurement, and smooth coordination between management, field workers, suppliers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain records of farm operations, production, staff attendance, inventory, expenses and purchases.
• Coordinate administrative activities among farm management, field workers, suppliers and customers.
• Handle procurement of supplies, equipment, feed and materials, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare regular administrative, financial, inventory and operational reports for management.
• Support payroll preparation, monitor petty cash and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• HND in Business Administration, Agricultural Administration, Accounting, Management, Agriculture or related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in farm administration or agricultural operations.
• Strong organizational, numerical and record‑keeping abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
