Admin Executive

About the role

The Admin Executive will act as the central hub for information flow and resource coordination within MML Consulting. Reporting to senior management, you will support staff, manage schedules, and ensure smooth office operations across the Port Harcourt office.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for company documents.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between employees and management, handling queries and providing administrative support.
• Maintain the company calendar, schedule appointments and arrange travel logistics for staff and executives.
• Prepare and distribute financial imprest reports, weekly administrative updates, and budget plans for supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate payments and follow‑ups with regulatory bodies such as ITF, NSITF, and Coren.
• Manage correspondence, including email, letters, and packages, and oversee office equipment maintenance.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service providers on behalf of the company.
• Support HR in scheduling training sessions and other internal or external events.

Required profile

• Minimum HND qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Strong organisational abilities and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
