About the role

Scalein is hiring a full-time Accounts Officer in the accounting department. The officer oversees daily store operations, keeps accurate records of transactions and reports to the financial controller.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations
Conduct store taking and reconciliation
Manage inventory and storage
Receive and dispatch goods
Keep records of transactions
Ensure compliance with regulations and laws
Prepare monthly stock reports
Report to the financial controller under the account department

Required profile

BSc in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Attention to detail and accuracy

Required skills

Proficiency in inventory management
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word

What we offer

Salary of N300,000.00 gross
Annual performance bonus
HMO for employee and family (spouse and four children)
Leave allowance of 10% of annual basic salary, payable after confirmation
