About the role
The Accounts Manager will act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while overseeing all financial aspects of customer accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, serve as the primary contact and resolve escalated issues.
- Oversee customer accounts, financial transactions, invoices, payments and outstanding balances.
- Review and approve invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor account reconciliations, overdue payments, revenue and expenses.
- Prepare and present periodic financial and account management reports to management.
- Identify opportunities for customer retention, business growth and increased revenue.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
Required profile
- Minimum of a BSC qualification.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
