About the role
Ascentech is seeking a diligent Accountant to join its finance team in Marina, Lagos. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial entries.
- Process payables, receivables, invoices, payments and perform reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and cash‑flow management.
- Monitor expenses, outstanding payments and ensure tax compliance.
- Support internal and external audits and other finance‑related activities.
Required profile
- B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- ICAN/ACCA qualification or part‑qualification is an advantage.
