Accountant – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Accountant to join our finance team in Lagos. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting cycles and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage daily accounting operations, including receivables, payables, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support audit processes and provide required documentation.
• Prepare management reports and deliver financial insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• ICAN qualification in view or at the final stage of certification.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
• High level of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail.
