Account Supervisor – Finance & Administration

About the role

The Account Supervisor will oversee the preparation and accuracy of periodic financial reports for RINGO TELECOMMS. The role ensures compliance with company policies, accounting standards and the budget and business plan. It also supports the finance team in maintaining strong internal controls and GAAP adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review weekly, monthly and quarterly financial and management reports.
• Ensure all accounting entries are correctly captured and recorded.
• Maintain completeness, accuracy and correctness of financial analysis and documentation.
• Coordinate information and reports for external auditors during the annual audit.
• Review invoices processed by the Account Officer and enforce control procedures.
• Implement and monitor a robust system of controls over accounting transactions.
• Support credit policy compliance and provide information to the Sales Department for receivable collection.
• Provide regular status reports on debtors to the Head of Finance and the client.
• Produce accurate cash flow projections and track advance payments.
• Supervise month‑end and year‑end accounting procedures, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger reporting.
• Liaise with federal and state tax auditors to meet statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification such as ICAN or ACCA.
• Experience in treasury and payables management.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of company policies, budgeting, and generally accepted accounting principles.
