About the role

The Account Reconcilation Officer will monitor daily transaction data, resolve payment disputes, and provide financial insights to leadership. This role supports chefs and partner suppliers by ensuring accurate accounting and timely refunds.

Key responsibilities

Review the daily transaction dashboard and investigate any irregularities.
Resolve chef payment disputes and track pending clawbacks.
Verify supplier accounts from partner suppliers delivering produce.
Produce a weekly financial summary for leadership, including trend analysis.
Identify and address refunds or disputes early.

Required profile

OND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in accounts, finance operations, or reconciliation.
Experience in fintech, payments, or e‑commerce environments is a strong advantage.
Ability to communicate financial outcomes clearly to non‑accountants and senior leaders.

Required skills

Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
Comfort working with dashboards and admin panels.
Familiarity with payment platforms.
