Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between clients and Bridgemead Consulting’s internal teams, driving PR strategy and execution across multiple accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Develop, implement and manage comprehensive PR plans aligned with client goals.
• Design and execute monthly account plans and activity roadmaps.
• Build and maintain relationships with top‑tier media outlets, journalists, bloggers and influencers.
• Plan, coordinate and execute media events, product launches, press briefings and brand activations.
• Identify and mitigate PR risks through crisis communication strategies.
• Create thought‑leadership content such as press releases, industry reports, op‑eds and speeches.
• Track and analyse PR campaign effectiveness using metrics like media reach and sentiment.
• Lead business development efforts, pitch prospective clients and contribute to revenue growth.

Required profile

• BSc in public relations, marketing, communications, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Account Executive in the PR industry.
• Proven business development abilities and a track record of winning new clients.
• Strong research skills and ability to present complex industry information.
• Demonstrated success in implementing PR campaigns for diverse clients.
