Account and Finance Associate

About the role

Vethan Concept Group Limited (VCGL) is looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Account and Finance Associate to join its growing team in Ogudu, Lagos. The role suits someone passionate about finance and accounting who wants to ensure financial accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Assist with budgeting, payroll and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and keep proper documentation of all financial records.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, ATS) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with a high level of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail.
