About the role

The Sahara Group is launching its 2026 Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Programme, a six‑month intensive development journey designed for recent graduates eager to start a career in the energy and infrastructure sector.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in live projects and business operations across multiple departments.
• Rotate through various functions to gain full exposure to the energy value chain, including gas, power and infrastructure.
• Work under mentorship from senior executives and industry experts.
• Take early responsibility in high‑impact roles and contribute to real business outcomes.
• Progress quickly towards leadership positions within the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least a Second Class Lower (2:2) in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of post‑graduation work experience.
• Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme where applicable.
