Wealth Manager – Fixed Deposit Mobilization

About the role

CredPal is seeking a motivated Wealth Manager to lead fixed‑deposit mobilization and grow its portfolio of high‑net‑worth and affluent clients in Nigeria. The role combines client acquisition, relationship management, and tailored financial advisory to drive sustainable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Source and manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional clients for fixed‑deposit and investment products.
• Promote fixed‑deposit and investment plans, achieving monthly and quarterly deposit targets.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments and recommend customized investment strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention, repeat business, and referrals.
• Provide regular financial reviews, monitor progress toward client goals, and deliver market insights.
• Prepare performance, pipeline, and client‑feedback reports for leadership.
• Represent CredPal at industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand networks.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in fixed‑deposit mobilization, investment sales, wealth management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of affluent and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding deposit and revenue targets.
• Sound knowledge of financial products, investment markets, and wealth‑creation strategies.
