About the role
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter to join our team at Yeson Management Co. Ltd in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they enjoy a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with a warm, outgoing demeanor.
- Present menus, answer inquiries, and recommend Chinese dishes and beverages.
- Take and enter food and drink orders accurately, communicating special dietary requests to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly while adhering to service standards.
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and service stations before, during, and after service.
- Monitor tables, clear used tableware, and address guest needs throughout the meal.
- Handle bill presentation and payment processing smoothly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of waitstaff experience.
- At least a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
