Volunteer Social Media and Content Creator

About the role

The Divine Intelligence Team (DIT) is seeking a passionate volunteer to manage and create content for the Forge Bootcamp’s social media channels. This hybrid position will be remote from June to August and onsite during the August program in Port Harcourt.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and manage DIT and Forge Bootcamp pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
• Develop and publish engaging posts, carousels, and short videos aligned with content calendars.
• Plan and schedule content using tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Monitor platform insights, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and community interactions.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage and grow social media pages across multiple platforms.
• Strong writing skills for clear, engaging captions and campaign messages.
• Good understanding of content planning, audience alignment, and thematic calendars.
• Experience creating and publishing diverse content formats.
• Ability to track performance and refine content based on insights.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Passion for community‑driven initiatives and long‑term social impact.
