Unit Sales Manager (Remote)

About the role

The Unit Sales Manager is a full‑time remote position responsible for leading and developing a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed unit sales targets. You will plan and execute sales strategies, coach team members, and ensure high‑quality customer service and policy retention across the insurance portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a sales team to meet and surpass unit sales goals.
• Plan, implement and monitor sales strategies and pipelines.
• Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to improve results.
• Support agents in prospecting, closing new business and retaining existing policies.
• Collaborate with other units and departments to align sales efforts.
• Prepare and present sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership, team management and performance coaching.
• Strong ability to plan sales activities, manage pipelines and achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services sales is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field is preferred.
