Tutor & Community Associate

About the role

Tuteria is looking for a proactive Tutor & Community Associate to manage the full lifecycle of tutor recruitment, onboarding, training and placement. You will act as the main liaison between tutors and the platform, ensuring high‑quality learning experiences for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview qualified tutors across subjects and locations.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions, verify documentation, and activate tutors on the platform.
• Identify development needs and organise training webinars, workshops and coaching.
• Match tutors with learners, programmes and teaching opportunities, tracking placement outcomes.
• Provide first‑line support for tutor inquiries, resolve issues and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 2 years of experience in recruitment, education coordination or related fields.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
