Travel Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Travel Sales Executive to drive business growth in the travel and tourism sector. The role focuses on acquiring and managing corporate and individual clients, creating travel solutions, and closing high‑value contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to attract corporate and individual customers.
• Use Amadeus and other booking platforms to arrange flights, accommodations and ancillary travel services.
• Negotiate and secure travel contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients while identifying new market opportunities.
• Create promotional offers and travel packages tailored to diverse client needs.
• Lead digital and offline marketing initiatives, prepare weekly strategic plans and reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to support growth.
• Provide prompt, high‑quality customer service and handle client inquiries efficiently.

Required profile

• HND or BSc in Business Administration, Tourism or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of business development experience in travel or tourism.
• Proven track record of closing corporate deals and managing client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Amadeus booking system.
