About the role

The Travel Consultant specializing in ticketing will manage flight bookings, ticket issuance, and itinerary changes for clients. The role demands strong organisational abilities and a solid grasp of airline ticketing processes to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting and booking flights that match their preferences and budget.
• Manage reservations using global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Issue tickets accurately, handle reissues, exchanges, and cancellations.
• Provide detailed itineraries and travel information to clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after trips, resolving any travel‑related issues.
• Promote and sell flight tickets and related services, meeting sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and client interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a travel consultant with a focus on ticketing.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
