Telemarketer

About the role

The Telemarketer will join Pruvia Integrated Limited’s sales team to generate and qualify leads for the real‑estate portfolio. You will be responsible for outbound outreach, promoting services, and setting up appointments for site inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Promote the company's real‑estate products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule appointments and site inspections.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain client relationships.
• Update customer records and call activities in the CRM/database.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Prepare reports on lead generation and conversions.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Target‑driven with strong customer service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 70,000 and NGN 150,000.
• Commission on sales performance.
