Technical and Mall Coordinator

About the role

The Technical and Mall Coordinator will oversee daily technical and maintenance operations across the mall and its associated facilities. This role ensures that all building utilities run smoothly, minimizing downtime and supporting tenant activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, generators, water and fire‑safety systems.
• Monitor performance of critical equipment and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance are performed on schedule.
• Manage work orders, track issues, and guarantee timely resolution.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential failures before they impact operations.
• Provide technical support to mall tenants and common areas, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Liaise with technicians, contractors, and external service providers.

Required profile

• HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in facilities management, mall operations, or large commercial property.
• Proven ability to coordinate technical maintenance in a multi‑tenant environment.
• Experience supervising technicians, contractors and third‑party service providers.
