Team Lead – Marketing & Customer Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Team Lead to drive our marketing and customer acquisition efforts for loan products. You will manage a group of marketers, set performance targets, and ensure the team consistently delivers high‑quality leads and conversions. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on coaching to grow our customer base in the banking and finance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of marketers to achieve assigned targets.
• Develop and implement effective marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
• Promote the company’s loan products to prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the team in generating quality leads.
• Monitor team performance, sales activities, and acquisition results.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for team members and track progress.
• Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Follow up on leads and assist in converting prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate records of customer and sales activities.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, loan services, micro‑finance, or banking.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a sales/marketing team.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Proactive, confident, disciplined, and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to participate in field marketing and customer acquisition activities.
