Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for Glocient Hospitality’s flagship resort and conference centre in Nigeria. The role will design and execute hiring strategies across guest services, culinary, administration and leadership functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to define workforce needs and create strategic hiring plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified hospitality professionals through proactive sourcing, networking and talent mapping.
• Leverage job boards, social media, professional networks and recruitment events to attract top talent.
• Develop and promote an employer brand that reflects Glocient’s values and culture.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and generate recruitment metrics reports for senior HR leadership.
• Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in hospitality or service industries.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using HRIS platforms.
• Competence in sourcing tools and techniques.
