Systems Analyst I

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Analyst I to provide system‑level support for multi‑user operating systems and Microsoft cloud services. The role focuses on managing Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID, automating processes and improving productivity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, update rings and compliance policies.
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Copilot) that enhance collaboration.
• Manage identity and access in Microsoft Entra ID, including account provisioning, group membership, Conditional Access and multi‑factor authentication.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation routines to streamline Intune device management and reporting.
• Process domain account requests, security changes and maintain confidentiality of data.
• Advise on hardware and software needs, evaluate vendors and document system issues and resolutions.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 collaboration services and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI‑assisted productivity tools.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
