Strategy & Customer Solutions Associate / Senior

About the role

Our team works with clients on some of the largest, most complex and pressing strategic planning, operating model and programme implementation projects. We are involved in many fascinating projects, including helping clients navigate digital disruption and the rapidly evolving business landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Address complex market, strategic, operational and organisational issues as part of a team.
• Develop business cases and implementation plans to underpin successful delivery.
• Lead work streams and analyses on engagements, taking responsibility for small teams when required.
• Contribute to the delivery and presentation of client deliverables.
• Support client workshops and present insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with client staff and management to develop and deliver recommendations.
• Support business development activities and build relationships with clients during engagements.
• Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management for practice development.

Required profile

• Minimum Second Class Upper degree; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least three years of experience in strategy, customer experience, digital transformation, operational transformation, financial management or people/HR.
• Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to complex and ambiguous problems.
• Creative problem‑solving ability, intellectual curiosity and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience of project management exposure is desirable.
